Shipping Policy
We Ship Worldwide! We ship Worldwide, including P.O. boxes and APO/EPO/DPO addresses.
UPDATE: Orders made in February are subject to 3 week delivery delays. This means your orders will not ship until around February 23rd. We will ship orders in chronological order.
Premium Shipping usually takes 3-6 weeks depending on location, but includes a tracking number that can be located in the email you receive when your order is fulfilled. If you do not receive your poster within the estimated time, don't worry! If your products do not arrive within 60 days you must send an email to info@posterpagoda.com and our customer service reps will look into your case. If you reach out and after 60 days you still do not receive your item then you are guaranteed a full refund or a free reshipment on your purchase.
Our Free Shipping option usually takes 3-10 weeks to arrive to your doorstep depending on your country of residence (Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time) PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping does NOT include a working tracking number!

Some orders from Poster Pagoda in 2020/2021 are expected to be significantly affected. All customers must be prepared to deal with some sort of unexpected complications due to unprecedented uncertainty in supply-chain disruptions caused by the global pandemic. All orders will be produced and shipped out in a timely manner, but some countries may experience longer-than-normal shipping times because of governmental intervention and economic shutdowns. In addition to that, some of the tracking numbers might be inaccurate or slow to update.
International Shipping We have received and fulfilled orders from over 50 countries across all the different continents. Customs in your country can hold up a package for a number of days, because we work with E-packet, FedEx and DHL this rarely happens and if it does it will be handled efficiently. You as the consumer are responsible for paying all applicable import fees if necessary.
Returns Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are substantial defect(s) in the product(s) and the matter is brought to our attention within one week of your receipt of the item, and our team will be able to help you from there.
Please make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. There are no returns on mistaken sizes. Make sure to read the measurements listed within each product description. If no measurements are listed, please email us.
Orders cannot be cancelled once made.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since the fulfillment of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
